Viagra (sildenafil) is a popular and widely used medication for erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.
However, the exact mechanism of Viagra’s ability to boost erection in men has not yet been established.
The main ingredient in Viagra is sildenafil citrate, which is the active ingredient in Viagra.
This means that sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection.
The drug’s side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and visual disturbances. Viagra also has other adverse effects such as vision impairment, priapism (prolonged erection) and priapism (prolonged erection), which are rare but require immediate medical attention.
The FDA approves sildenafil based on the active ingredient’s safety and efficacy, which is why doctors and patients use it to treat ED and PAH.

However, the drug does not increase sexual desire. The sexual stimulation is necessary for Viagra to work. It doesn’t increase sexual desire but enhances the blood flow in the penis by increasing blood flow.
Therefore, the drug does not cause an erection in the same way Viagra does. It simply increases the blood flow to the penis in order to achieve and maintain an erection.
If the drug does not work, it could result in a rare but serious side effect, like priapism (prolonged erection) or vision impairment.
If you have a heart condition and have a history of heart attack or stroke, the FDA recommends that you stop taking Viagra and see a doctor for further advice.

WASHINGTON — U. S. Customs officials have seized 1,400 bottles of Viagra pills in an attempt to stop the production of counterfeit versions of the drug.
The products were imported in a shipment headed to Istanbul by Customs officials and imported by officials of the Turkish Republic.

"We're working with the Turkish authorities to ensure the products are not counterfeit," Customs Inspector Dan Buzdar told reporters this week.
